CRM & leads
Work with contacts, lead lists, and follow-ups
Find the right records, understand relationship history, and make narrow, reviewable CRM changes.
Contacts and leads serve different stages
Lead lists contain prospects collected for qualification and campaign work. Contacts represent relationship records with status, notes, tags, follow-up dates, and message history. Use stable Coldvio IDs when asking an agent to relate or update records.
Start narrow
- Search by a distinctive name, company, or headline.
- Use a low result limit, then expand if needed.
- Open the exact contact before proposing an update.
- Do not infer missing facts from similar records.
Contact status and follow-up
Supported contact statuses are new, contacted, accepted, replied, not-interested, and closed. Notes, tags, and ISO timestamp follow-up dates can be updated through the customer agent surface. Each patch is allowlisted, tenant-scoped, and confirmation-bound.
A safe cleanup workflow
text
Find at most 10 contacts whose follow-up needs attention. Return ID, current status, current follow-up date, proposed change, and reason. Do not update anything until I confirm specific rows.
